Ilya: our new Chief of technology

We are beyond excited to welcome Ilya Karol on board as our new Chief Technology Officer (CTO)! Ilya is originally from Belarus, and he recently relocated from Poland to the Netherlands to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam!

Being the former CTO of SOFTSWISS, Ilya holds extensive experience in supervising product architecture, technical governance, and technical audits. He also built the Data Science, R&D, and Security departments from scratch, and successfully scaled the Engineering departments almost doubling their employees. In his free time, you can find him running and hiking in nature, traveling to various countries, and playing the piano as Ilya describes it as his way of meditating! We believe that Ilya’s deep engineering expertise and technical leadership skills will bring great value to our innovative product, contribute to scaling our talented team with new bright minds, and consequently bring our customers’ experience to the next level!

We are looking forward to starting this new chapter at Docfield with Ilya on board and working on achieving our ambitious goals together!
